About The Position

About the Team The Foundry Operations team is building the next generation of restaurant and kitchen technology. We are developing a growing ecosystem of hardware, software, and AI that powers more efficient kitchen operations, enables autonomous vehicle integration, and delivers consistently great experiences. Our products range from early-stage prototypes to scaled solutions used daily in thousands of kitchens. Our team ensures these technologies are reliable, high-quality, and operationally excellent as they grow. About the Role As an Associate Operations Manager for Foundry, you will help run and scale our hardware operations while contributing to long-term operational strategy. This role is ideal for someone excited to build scalable operational systems that power products making a meaningful impact in restaurant kitchens today.

Requirements

  • You’ve owned core operational KPIs end-to-end and are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just inputs
  • You think and act like an owner, proactively identifying problems, driving solutions, and following work through to impact
  • You have experience running or supporting operational support workflows, including escalations and SLA management
  • You’re deeply comfortable working with data to diagnose issues and prioritize what matters most
  • You communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non technical partners
  • You’re excited to help build operations for a product ecosystem that will grow far beyond its first launch

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end operational execution across hardware, supply chain, support, and product teams to ensure seamless deployments and high device uptime
  • Translate support tickets, field insights, and quantitative data into systemic fixes not just one-off resolutions
  • Build dashboards and reporting to monitor product health, operational readiness, and support performance as we scale
  • Support supply chain operations including inventory management, deployments, replacements, and refurbishments
  • Help design scalable operational systems that can support future kitchen technologies, autonomous vehicle integration, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Contribute to shaping the long-term operational strategy for Foundry as our hardware and software ecosystem expands
