About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our growing financial services firm. As the firm continues to expand, this role is essential to maintaining smooth, accurate, and compliant operational processes. The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm. This position is essential to ensure smooth operations and efficient support for our advisors, including but not limited to processes and procedures, and adherence to firm policies. The ideal candidate will assist with various operational tasks, provide exceptional support to advisors, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving ability, including identifying issues, proposing solutions, and escalating when appropriate
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment
• Familiarity with financial services or custodial processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with relevant experience or coursework will be considered
• Previous experience in financial services and/or investment operations is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors with operational questions, escalating as needed.
• Portfolio system data entry and review.
• Assisting advisors with custodial relationships.
• Assist with branch & advisor registrations.
• Miscellaneous projects.
