Provide second to none customer service to our clients via email and phone interactions Process requests via Salesforce, Workflow and AOS Docupace Complete daily reports that support Document Processing Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks, documents, and communications are executed with precision, minimizing errors and maintaining high-quality standards Risk Identification: identify inconsistencies, or red flags in requests, processes, or documentation What do you need to succeed? Must-have 4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job-related experience Demonstrated ability to learn new technology, critical thinking skills required to support escalated issue resolution and/or oversight requirements associated with exception-based complex processes Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management Proficient computer skills in Microsoft-based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access Nice-to-have Experience within the document review Previous experience in the securities, banking or finance industry preferred Ability to integrate Excel and Access databases into daily work Knowledge on Broadridge is preferred What’s in it for you? This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
