Confluent Medical Technologies is growing! We're looking for an Operations Associate I to join our Fremont, CA team! You may be just who we are looking for!

  • Manufacture and process parts as such that productivity and quality output meet customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with the lead or supervisor any concern or issues arising during processing of parts.
  • Utilize light tools and equipment according to instructions/ specifications from customer drawings and procedures.
  • Must complete all paperwork required in a timely manner paying attention to details.
  • Maintain positive working relationship with co-workers and support groups.
  • Show continued improvement to hitting parts per hour goals for station/ process step being run.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards required of 5S in the personal work area.
  • Adhere to and support company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
  • Must have strong math skills, be detail oriented, and be able to follow instructions.
  • Able to utilize measurement tools and devices as process requires.
  • Must be able to communicate with others and have strong written, verbal and reading skills.
  • Work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrate good manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to stand or sit for lengths of time during the shift.
  • Must consistently demonstrate good attendance.
