Confluent Medical Technologies is growing! We're looking for an Operations Associate I to join our Fremont, CA team! You may be just who we are looking for!

Manufacture and process parts as such that productivity and quality output meet customer satisfaction.
Communicate with the lead or supervisor any concern or issues arising during processing of parts.
Utilize light tools and equipment according to instructions/ specifications from customer drawings and procedures.
Must complete all paperwork required in a timely manner paying attention to details.
Maintain positive working relationship with co-workers and support groups.
Show continued improvement to hitting parts per hour goals for station/ process step being run.
Maintain cleanliness standards required of 5S in the personal work area.
Adhere to and support company policies and procedures.
Adhere to safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
Must have strong math skills, be detail oriented, and be able to follow instructions.
Able to utilize measurement tools and devices as process requires.
Must be able to communicate with others and have strong written, verbal and reading skills.
Work cooperatively with others.
Demonstrate good manual dexterity.
Must be able to stand or sit for lengths of time during the shift.
Must consistently demonstrate good attendance.
