Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases at the counter
• Process sales transactions accurately using retail point-of-sale systems
• Provide product information and recommend items based on customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product inventory
• Manage retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and stock levels
• Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and organization
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Multitask effectively between sales duties and other store responsibilities as needed
