Position Title: Operations Associate 1 Duties & Responsibilities: Job Summary The Reporting and Operations Analyst is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and maintaining staffing, performance, and operational data to support effective management decision-making. This role develops and maintains management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses, prepares weekly performance and disbursement reports, and tracks key staffing and productivity metrics. The analyst ensures data accuracy, maintains detailed agent information, produces performance rankings based on defined KPIs, and creates tools that provide actionable insight into workforce productivity. Working closely with management, this position supports process improvement initiatives, meets multiple reporting deadlines, and contributes to operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years’ experience in payroll and accounts payable operations or finance, preferably in an automated system environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Data Analysis Develops and maintains management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Compiles, validates, and prepares accurate weekly performance and disbursement reports for leadership review.
  • Analyzes staffing and production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Workforce Metrics & Performance Management Maintains and updates detailed staffing records, including agent schedules, extensions, program assignments, and productivity data.
  • Produces performance and production stack rankings based on established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Designs and deploys tools that provide actionable insight into agent performance and workforce productivity.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Collaborates with management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Manages multiple deliverables and reporting schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applies strong attention to detail, spreadsheet expertise, and Microsoft Office skills to streamline reporting and operational workflows.
