Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, or related field (all majors welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely and without restriction.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or academic experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like SharePoint, Google Workspace, or Slack.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to Excel formulas, pivot tables, or reporting dashboards.
  • Interest in continuous process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar concepts).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across departments (scheduling, reporting, documentation, logistics).
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor, organize, and update data, files, and shared resources to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with onboarding, training logistics, and other employee support tasks.
  • Help track and report on project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting communication and knowledge-sharing.
