The Operations Assistant will serve as a critical resource to the Director of Operations in the areas of office management and operations. As a member of the Operations team, the employee will be responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties, including the front office reception, reports, and other correspondence, creating and managing filing systems, answering phone messages, and more. BGCNIC serves 3,000 children ages 5-18 at 35 sites across northern Indiana through summer and before and after-care programming, with a strong focus on social and emotional learning, college and workforce readiness, and academic enrichment to ensure every child has a chance to meet his or her potential.
