This position involves a variety of front desk duties and administrative support tasks. The role includes assisting walk-in customers and visitors, helping with luncheons for meetings, delivering packages, and preparing labels and envelopes for mailing. The employee will also complete Synergy documents for new customers, enter locate tickets for construction orders, and manage 3rd party damage billing. Additional responsibilities include white flagging construction jobs, distributing incoming BPEMs, scheduling new construction orders with builders, and organizing purchase card statements. The position requires sorting and delivering mail, ordering office supplies, and providing clerical support to field operations. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
