Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • At least 1-3 years clerical experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Emergency Response Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and department management with their job requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with Interim Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and VP of Interim Leadership.
  • Respond to supervisors and co-workers requests for information and assistance in a timely manner.
  • Answer the telephone; provide courteous, effective assistance to callers; take and relay accurate, timely messages.
  • Interact with all team members to constantly improve the submission turnaround time with clients.
  • Assist in obtaining all travel needs and input information into the Travel portal.
  • Provide coverage for and support Operations team members as necessary.
  • Assist with monthly accounting reports.
  • Assist Onboarders with running Nursys, Lawson, and start background checks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
