Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education or financial experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
  • Access to reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous banking or financial services experience.

Responsibilities

  • Team Empowerment: Directly supervise and train department staff on the latest policies and procedures, fostering a culture of professional growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor department KPIs and vendor reports to ensure we are always exceeding our service standards.
  • Digital Commerce Specialist: Take the lead on processing daily Business Online ACH files and managing customer inquiries for BillPay.
  • Quality Control Agent: Review account maintenance exceptions, ensuring every branch stays compliant by catching and correcting errors before they become issues.
  • Central Hub of Communication: Act as the go-to resource for branch and department inquiries via our ticket system, email, and phone.
