The Operations Assistant Manager supports the Operations Manager in leading the Operations and Card and Payment functions and teams. This role assists in the oversight of daily activities, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately, timely, efficiently, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. This position fosters team development through effective coaching, communication, and training while reinforcing the Credit Union’s mission, vision, strategic goals, and services promises. This position plays a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements, coordinating cross departmental initiatives, and supporting decision-making that drives operational excellence. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this role also manages projects from planning through implementation, ensuring smooth execution and successful outcomes.
