About The Position

Under general supervision, assists Administrative Services operations staff in Mail Services and Print Shop departments with mail services deliveries print production, bindery processes, cut, and prepare paper for various print jobs.

  • Understanding of printing equipment and supplies.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency and consistently meet production goals that are set by the Supervisor daily.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Work with others and manage relationships with a variety of personality types
  • To lift 30 plus pounds.
  • Basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • General office procedures and customer service
  • Basic Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet applications.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, of diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Valid Driver’s Oklahoma License possessed for at least six months
  • Defensive driving through Tulsa County within 6 months of being hired.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties in assisting mail services with mail, package, and Administrative Services product delivery; and to assist mail services supervisor in general mail room operations.
  • Perform a variety of duties in assisting with printing, binding, collating, processing, and preparing printed materials; and to assist print shop staff in general printing operations.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
  • Work with other team members to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Efficiently fold all types of jobs including but not limited to: Letter folds, half folds, and straight-out sheeting jobs.
  • Assist other internal departments as needed when workload permits.
  • Operate a computer for use of work order management (Print Shop Pro), and shipping & receiving software (SqBx)
  • Perform mail delivery and pick up services.
