The Mission Driver Enablement Center (MDEC), Service Operations organization, is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations and Technical Training Specialist (OTTS). The OTTS will be responsible for supporting the portfolio’s operational and technical training needs for Service Desk, IT Operations, and Engineering teams with customers across the Leidos enterprise. In this role, the OTTS will focus on developing and delivering training content that drives individual, team, and organization growth while accelerating readiness and service delivery. This individual is responsible for designing, developing, delivering and maintaining operational and technical training programs to maintain a high standard of operational readiness, workforce capabilities, and continuous improvement. The OTTS ensures the training content and delivery enables the 700+ member team to remain proficient in the systems, tools, processes, compliance requirements and operational excellence. The OTTS may manage a small team of additional training support staff, as organizational needs evolve. The ideal candidate in this role combines hands-on experience with instructional design expertise and the ability to translate complex technical information into practical and engaging learning content.
