Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. The Raytheon Finance Team is looking for an Operations and Supply Chain Principal Financial Analyst.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, focus on Excel.
  • An active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of Power Query.
  • Ability to develop process improvements and meet critical deadlines.
  • Demonstrated thorough critical thinking skills.
  • Experience using SAP Business Systems (ex: APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office)
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value (EV) and/or PRISM EV.
  • Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating a matrix organization toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly EAC processes, including gathering inputs, updating APEX, preparing presentations, conducting variance analysis, and assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare financial forecasts, LREs, and monitor actual costs, explaining variances to plans.
  • Ensure adherence to EVM policies for programs, including BOM traceability, production labor, and support labor processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
  • Collaborate frequently with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Program Finance teams.
