Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years supervising O&M in buildings over 1M sq. ft.
  • Experience with UPS, chillers, boilers, fire alarms, generators, switchgear, BAS
  • 3+ years with CMMS (IBM Maximo or similar)
  • 1+ year with Niagara EMCS or certified Niagara training
  • Familiarity with federal facility operations and service-level expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
  • Strong understanding of building systems across the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing trades
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across two facilities, ensuring coordination between trade personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the maintenance program
  • Collaborate with contractors
  • Develop repair or replacement projects for HVAC, plumbing, sewage, stormwater, and fire protection systems.
  • Coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and repairs to meet contractual agreements and industry standards.
