As our Operations and Maintenance Project Manager, you'll oversee operations across two facilities, ensuring coordination between trade personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Your role includes managing the maintenance program, collaborating with contractors, and developing repair or replacement projects for HVAC, plumbing, sewage, stormwater, and fire protection systems. Additionally, you'll coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and repairs to meet contractual agreements and industry standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years supervising O&M in buildings over 1M sq. ft.
Experience with UPS, chillers, boilers, fire alarms, generators, switchgear, BAS
3+ years with CMMS (IBM Maximo or similar)
1+ year with Niagara EMCS or certified Niagara training
Familiarity with federal facility operations and service-level expectations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Strong understanding of building systems across the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing trades
Ability to work overtime as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to pass a background check.
