Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong ethics and integrity, with a focus on data accuracy and safety compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write reports, present information, and respond to questions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with various types of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and HR on hiring, onboarding, and training to maintain a fully staffed team.
• Design and manage the weekly crew schedule to align with plant operations.
• Contribute to audit compliance, ensuring adherence to SQF, customer, and government standards.
• Work with plant leadership to create an engaging, supportive work environment.
• Provide top-notch customer service to team members and visitors alike.
• Audit daily reports for accuracy and make necessary inventory adjustments.
• Train and guide shift leaders to ensure consistent scheduling, inventory, and reporting practices.
• Recommend solutions for inventory and reporting issues to enhance efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement practices and monitor key metrics.
