The Operations Coordinator is a member of the Operations team, and is an integral support position for the overall operation of the DCCC. This role will work closely with all members of the Operations team and be supervised on a day-to-day basis by the Events & Operations Manager. Among other administrative tasks, this role will develop and keep a close relationship with committee vendors, help coordinate events at our HQ offices, process invoices and check requests, reconcile credit card statements, work with the rest of the Operations team to ensure the committee runs smoothly, and serves as a point of contact for staff on building needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.
