About the Role: In the role of Operations and Channel Analyst, Commercial Sales, you will: Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with supporting partners to compile comprehensive research, data, and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and competitive advantage. Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Collaborate with departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Track and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategy, plans, and performance to senior management and other stakeholders. Communicate insights and strategic plans to key stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams. Identify potential risks to the sales strategy and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
