Overall purpose of job: The MTDC Operations Analyst will collaborate with the various supply chain partners, including 3PL Distribution providers, Supply Planning, Transportation, customer service and both Internal and External Manufacturing plants to ensure the timely and efficient flow of materials into, out of, and within the DCs. Coordinate and facilitate Logistics/Distribution projects and activities for both domestic and international business as required. Perform Blue Yonder & SAP inventory transactions, investigate and resolve SAP iDOC, as well as propose and own process improvement to fix/prevent systemic transaction errors. Identify and develop projects to optimize warehouse processes, increase efficiency, improve quality, and increase throughput to reduce total operating cost and cycle time. Act as primary contact for Logistics/Distribution processing issues for Depuy Synthes and select CSS businesses. Become knowledgeable of all unique product distribution requirements. Support warehouse operations as needed.
