About The Position

The Operations Analyst supports the operational efficiency and profitability of the fuel distribution business by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights across logistics, supply chain, inventory, and customer delivery operations. This role partners closely with operations leadership, dispatch, supply, accounting, and sales to improve processes, reduce costs, and support data-driven decision-making. Preferably with supply chain and dispatch processes. Responsible for creating metrics to manage the performance of dispatchers, drivers, and customer service teams. They will need to identify base line activity by operations department for customer service reps and dispatch so that we can add headcount as needed. This role requires strong analytical skills, and ideally, the candidate should have experience in supply chain management. experience with dispatch software and supply chain operations is highly preferred. This individual will need to work across departments to achieve processes changes. The individual in this role will need to identify operational metrics and improve processes to achieve those metrics. This person should be capable of gathering data, but also someone who can make recommendations and implement changes effectively. Must have someone with a proven track record in similar roles who can drive meaningful improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
