This position is responsible for identifying parts according to the lifecycle management and contributing to the engineering change order process. This employee will support planning functions through inventory analysis, report generation and review of demand changes and coverage.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a school/employment or any other visa , regardless of expiration date, now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or Business and experience in demand planning, inventory management or production planning environments
  • In lieu of degree must have five plus years experience in demand planning, inventory management, or production planning environments.
  • EXCEL expert
  • Competent computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • ERP systems experience required

Responsibilities

  • Identify obsolete or items that will become obsolete and reconcile dispositions.
  • Analyze inventory to flag obsolete parts, ensure efficient parts distribution and identify critical spare parts.
  • Provide reports around equipment, parts orders, shipments, discrepancies etc.
  • Communication with other teams, schedulers, controllers etc. to ensure needed information is provided for discussion or decisions regarding inventory.
  • Work with others to implement demand forecasting and supply planning.
  • Communication with surplus buyers regarding bids, payment and shipments
  • Initiate CRDs for parts obsolescence
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $54900 - $85000.
