Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• Experience in data analysis, operations, and project support or project management 2-3 years required
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations and project performance.
• Evaluate current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and teams to implement streamlined and efficient workflows.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for operations and projects.
• Maintain organized documentation related to operations and projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, department heads, and other stakeholders.
