About the position
CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Product Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. Possesses and independently applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders. Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Manage taskers and staffing packets
- Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
- Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
- Plan, resource and support organizational events (staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
- Archive Operations functional documents and information
- Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
- Plan and manage facility requirements
Requirements
- Secret Security Clearance
- Associates degree and 7+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience
Nice-to-haves
- Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting US Army Project or Product Manager
