OPERATIONS ANALYST (STARSHIELD) RESPONSIBILITIES Own overarching coordination related to logistics, administrative functions for ongoing and in-development Starshield programs and customer-facing activities Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects, including but not limited to staffing and resource planning, onboarding new department members, space planning, and strategy development for efficiencies among teams Perform confidential and complex administrative duties to include preparing presentation materials, composing correspondence, and creating/updating spreadsheets Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, arrange travel, screen and delegate incoming calls, and provide other general assistance as required Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality Identify operational challenges within the organization, determine root cause, and develop creative and effective solutions Capture best practices of production systems, and manage organizational knowledge and lessons-learned Develop tools and reports to analyze delivery, capacity, cost problems for operations to guide decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience in manufacturing or project management

  • Experience working with the US Military and Intelligence Communities
  • Experience supporting leaders in a fast paced, start-up environment
