About The Position
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst Sr Stf to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and technical subject matter expert supporting the development and integration of critical sustainment systems and tools. You'll lead efforts to coordinate, implement, and enhance enterprise-wide logistics and supply chain solutions that enable global sustainment operations. As the primary point of contact for key systems such as SPM, SAP, SEEBASS, and RPA, you'll play a central role in driving technical alignment, tool adoption, and process improvements across the organization. You'll also work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and program leadership to ensure that solutions meet business needs and operational goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact the effectiveness of global sustainment efforts through systems innovation, project leadership, and technical expertise.
