About The Position
Provides advanced support to business operations. Influences business strategies through robust reporting and distilling of data. Proactively facilitates conversations with leaders to apply data trends towards the improvement of business operations. Elicits business requirements for operational improvements among cross functional teams across all levels of the organization. Guides the work of the Operations Analyst to ensure business and operational needs are met and ensures consistency in reporting.
