About The Position

As a Regional Analytics Operations Analyst you will collaborate on efforts to scale marketplace levers, such as incentive spend, nationally. In this highly analytical and collaborative role you will leverage our rich datasets and generate insights and recommendations that have a material impact on our customers, shoppers, and retailers. While no two days are the same you will be responsible for building, testing, and scaling centralized processes to optimize reliability and unit economics across Shipt's products. You will collaborate with partners in Data Science, Finance, Product, and Regional Operations to ensure a healthy balance of supply and demand. You will analyze and influence regional incentive efforts that maximize spend efficiency at scale. You will build and automate reporting dashboards, delivering on-demand insights, as well as leverage best practices in data visualization, automation, and documentation, in building self-serve resources. You will also lead ad-hoc work streams such as market deep dives, root-cause analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• You have 3 years experience in analytical and strategic roles.
• You have technical skills and are data-driven with advanced proficiency in Excel/GSheets, Tableau/Thoughspot, and SQL (or willingness to learn).
• You have experience working on complex projects with demonstrable/quantifiable results.
• You have a proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally, interacting with stakeholders, and gaining buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Building, testing, and scaling centralized processes to optimize reliability and unit economics across Shipt's products.
