About The Position

Perform problem solving activities via daily cash and position reconciliations between internal systems and various forms of custodians including banks, clearing brokers and counterparties. Work with corporate action vendors and custodians to monitor the impact of corporate actions on client accounts. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and process driven with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
