About The Position

The Operations Analyst-Junior at Cayuse Holdings is responsible for performing complex tasks related to the collection, analysis, and reporting of critical information in a 24/7 operations environment. This role supports the monitoring of critical infrastructure and cyber resources, ensuring timely communication and triage of information to relevant parties. The position requires collaboration and effective communication skills to handle sensitive information and respond to inquiries related to national security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline such as Homeland Security or Business.
• Two (2) years of experience with an Associate's Degree or four (4) years of military/operations experience with a high school diploma.
• Specialized 24x7 operations center experience focusing on cyber, emergency management, communications, or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience in at least two of the following: open-source monitoring, intelligence report writing, analytical research of databases and systems.
• Experience in one or more critical infrastructure sectors or emergency management.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and ability to maintain DHS Fitness.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Mission Operating Environment (MOE) system, Remedy, and Service Now.
• Experience in high-tempo mission critical/crisis operations.

Responsibilities

• Collection and passing of information from one shift to the next.
• Collaboration and sharing of information vital to critical infrastructure, cyber, and key resources.
• Performing triage on questions, issues, or events involving the nation's Critical Infrastructures, Cyber, and Key Resources.
• Evaluating current information and developing responses to critical information requirements.
• Monitoring various information sources for updates related to CI and Cyber.
• Maintaining knowledge of known Cyber threat actors, ransomware, and DDOS attacks.
• Analyzing and preparing clear, concise reports based on received information and inquiries.
