We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Analyst II – Operations Delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO The primary objective of the Analyst II – Operations Delivery position is to contribute to a team that strives to produce positive customer experiences through their ongoing service and support for a broad range of clients across multiple specialized functional areas. The Analyst will support the team by performing client tasks and auditing responsibilities in the areas of Payroll, Carrier Files, Demographic Files, and audits. The Analyst II – Operations Delivery role will have accountability for an area within Payroll, Carrier Files, Demographic Files, and audits. The Analyst will be responsible for executing tasks and auditing files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. In this role, attention to detail and a commitment to precision are essential. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Operations Associate (SOA) and Operations Manager (OM) to address any discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. This role is remote and can be filled anywhere in the U.S. However, no matter the candidate’s geography, bswift operates with Central time zone expectations for availability and expects the same of all teammates.

Responsibilities

Audit inbound demographic files to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify discrepancies or anomalies in demographic data and take appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with the SOA and OM to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Review demographic data mappers to ensure that data mappings are logical and generating accurate results.
Develop and implement quality control measures to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Document audit procedures, findings, and resolutions for future reference.
Stay informed about best practices.
