About The Position

The Operations Analyst II is responsible for developing and delivering analytical findings creating and maintaining multiple reports and working with a variety of stakeholders to identify areas of advancement on topics ranging from data infrastructure to business strategy decisions. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Excellent oral and written communication skills especially relating to presentation development
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; a high degree of accuracy is required in all functions
• Ability to explain complex concepts and data to key stakeholders ignored to assist in decision making
• High level of curiosity and problem-solving aptitude
• Resourcefulness and ability to push through ambiguity and find answers independently
• Vocal and Consistent contributor of ideas to help solve problems and generate solutions
• Team player; must be able to contribute to the team and rely on others to achieve objectives
• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in analyst role (finance operations business or equivalent) required

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with technical applications and programming languages like PowerBI, Tableau, Python R etc. highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance metrics reporting for the sales and customer service support teams
• Prepare quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel SQL and other analytic & visualization tools to develop meaningful insights of various program performance
• Provide forward-looking and historical analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usage
• Produce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and other assigned tasks
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to various teams throughout the business
• Create reporting for key performance indicators monitor results and provide analysis of results to company stakeholders
• Define benchmarks for success within the division using historical analysis
• Collaborate with department leaders to build analyze and defend strategy and business cases for new initiatives workflow enhancements technological enhancements etc.
• Translate high level business problems into meaningful analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders
• Complete assigned tasks quickly and with a sense of urgency
• Develop expert knowledge of business processes data generated within each process and flow of data within the database
