About The Position
This is an Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process, Account Maintenance Unit. The incumbent provides extensive knowledge of Florida tax laws for registration purposes and conducts in-depth research and analysis of tax documents and information that has been submitted for registration purposes. The incumbent also communicates effectively with taxpayers and other agency personnel. The incumbent is responsible for performing quality assurance reviews of the registration applications, as well as, account maintenance tasks.
