Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provides a consistently high level of service and acts as first line of support to internal clients with an emphasis on prompt communication and follow-up.
  • Administers invoices for internal clients and records/tracks transactions on core systems.
  • Prepares independently and or assists client facing staff in preparing quarterly client packets.
  • Provides administrative and supportive functions relating to underwriting, lapse notices, policy, investment changes, etc.
  • Cross-trains and learns continuously in operational departments, acting as a peer resource for the cross-coverage of daily duties.
  • Independently prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to as defined by management and participates in the completion of special projects and processing of periodic requests as assigned.
