About The Position

The Operations Analyst I is responsible for performing entry-level administrative, data analysis and financial assignments for the Operations Division. This position will work collaboratively with other analysts in the division and may have some responsibility for the oversight of co-op students and interns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, finance, or related field.
  • Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and basic understanding of data visualization tools including but not limited to Power BI or Trimble.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and monitors weekly, monthly and ad hoc statistical reports.
  • Utilizes the database to collect and analyze data.
  • Visualizes data with charts, graphs, infographics, and/or basic dashboards.
  • Establishes basic key-performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and service delivery.
  • Collaborates with project teams to ensure alignment between business needs and solutions.
  • Drafts presentations for senior staff members.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contributes to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinates project activities and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Supports change management and implementation efforts, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing, and validation of business requirements.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
  • Assists in the development and delivery of training programs for system users.
  • Performs other duties as required.
