The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Proven experience managing / prioritizing multiple accountabilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with high levels of detail and demand
  • Customer service orientation: proven experience managing relationships to identify needs, understanding and/or translating needs into action
  • General numeric aptitude/ financial skills
  • Detail Orientation: ability to balance a multitude of logistical requirements, key milestones and execution/coordination of tasks
  • Strong oral/written communication skills: able to understand/interpret, clarify and confirm others’ communications/ requests; must be concise
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Coordinating and tracking projects
  • Excellent time management, focused and efficient
  • Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously, while prioritizing deadlines
  • Comfortable working across departments and team

  • Utilizing web-based software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain feedback loop for Healthcare’s inner and external programs. Ensure feedback forms are completed post-project by both parties.
  • Manage various delivery teams’ JobBook & NextWorkBench activities to ensure timely inclusion of financials and required documents.
  • Provide back-up support as needed for various administrative and office roles
  • Manages required training records, compliance requirements, basic background checks, and privacy policies (EphMRA, BHBIA, and client training tracking)
  • Oversee various audit-based requirements for clients as needed
  • Manage the secure drive network to ensure compliance and minimize risk of client IP
  • Manage training-related administrative tasks such as calendar invitations and post-training feedback surveys
