QED Systems, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst specializing in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This full-time position is integral to supporting our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in coordinating and synchronizing EOD policy, doctrine, requirements, acquisition, operations, technology, engineering, and analytics across Army, multiservice, and interagency EOD operations. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Army EOD operations, formations, and the support capabilities of both conventional and non-conventional EOD units. In this role, the Operations Analyst will serve as the monitor for all tasks and events assigned to the EOD Branch, conducting and leading all meetings and touchpoints in support of the Army's EOD initiatives. The analyst will also be the primary operator of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Information Management System (EODIMS), acting as the gatekeeper for access and permissions granted to Military, Civilian, and Contractors for database management. Additionally, the analyst will assist in drafting essential documents such as EXORDs, Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs), and EXSUMs, while also creating, monitoring, and tracking activities using FORM 5's and the ETMS2 system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of working within Government-provided software packages, particularly MS Office products. Critical thinking and analytical skills are essential for interpreting raw data and presenting clear recommendations. The Operations Analyst must be adept at managing multiple competing priorities while focusing on mission requirements, and should have experience working in headquarters environments on the Army/Joint Staff or Major Army Commands. A working knowledge of the Army EOD program and relevant regulations is also required.
