About The Position

An established and growing multi-billion dollar CLO manager is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for the operations of multiple CLOs, including cash projections, waterfall reconciliations, booking loan trades, warehouse calculations, reporting and compliance. This will require research using data from Moody's, S&P Loans Pricing Dataset, Capital IQ and LCD. There will also be challenging projects relating to portfolio optimization and risk management.

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar
• proficient with MS Excel
• at least 2-3 years experience working in operations for a CLO manager or similar CLO experience
• Familiarity with CLO Indentures and Warehouse Agreements is essential

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience using AllVue/Everest, WSO, ClearPar, IVP/LevPro and Sentry Compliance is desirable
