About The Position

The Operations Analyst position within the AIFS Investor Services team at SEI Investments Company focuses on providing exceptional customer service and administration for hedge and private equity funds. Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Internship experience preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client support.
  • Strong customer service skills for daily communication with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard investors into hedge and private equity funds, ensuring all necessary documentation is received.
  • Input relevant data into the contact management system for investor reporting.
  • Enforce Anti-Money Laundering policies when reviewing investor transactions.
  • Supervise clients' bank accounts for investor wire activity and create wire templates for payments.
  • Generate and reconcile investor reporting, including capital statements, and disseminate approved documentation to clients' end investors.
  • Correspond with investment managers and investors regarding inquiries on subscription documents and reporting.
  • Participate in professional development sessions to identify process improvements and collaborate with team members.
