As an Operations Product Support Specialist, within PNC's Commercial Lending Operations, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Brecksville, OH, Kalamazoo, MI or based Remotely. If near one of the HUB locations, you may be expected to work in-office once per week. In this role, the core hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am EST – 5:00 pm EST. It is highly preferred that you have documentation knowledge and prior CLLO experience. It is preferred to have knowledge of ACBS, CapitalStream, ACLS, Tableau, and CLASS. In this role, you will analyze data, perform research, root causing and problem solving to then take action to drive improvement in areas under consideration. As an Operations Product Support Specialist, you will manage multiple projects and deadlines, engaging with partners through client/employee improvement experience. In addition, you will coordinate automation activities including building business requirements, user acceptance testing, operational readiness, change management, and ability to work independently and lead team initiatives. This role will require a heavy focus on current automation improvement and future automation recommendations end-to-end within our Document Control Center and Collateral Servicing teams. Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensures performance and/or risk indicators are met.
  • Establishes and monitors process performance measurements and business impact.
  • Prepares performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Monitors the production workflow and assists team members with escalated process issues.
  • Independently identifies and resolves exceptions and serves as a point of escalation.
  • Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or process.
  • Determines and/or drives change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes.
  • Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation activities.
