About The Position
The position serves as the first point of contact for clients in the Design Center and over the phone, responding in a professional and courteous manner. The role involves coordinating with the design team to provide exceptional service to customers before, during, and after the sale, including general administrative and clerical support for all customer transactions. The individual will contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the Design Studio's ability to provide exceptional service.
