This Operations Administrator position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment. To be successful, the ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate attention to detail across different functional areas. They should have the ability to meet specific deadlines, execute with efficient organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to change comfortably. Since this role has access to senior executives, a high level of integrity and discretion is a must when handling confidential information. Effective listening skills, the ability to take direction and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. Delivering completed tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture will make this person successful. This position will work closely with the senior management team and HR Manager. The ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner across multiple media is important.
