Seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detailed-oriented Operations Administrator to be responsible for daily operations support needs of an operational division record keeping, daily time audit, labor entries, data entry, auditing time, housing assignments, facilitating the onboarding of new employees, and compliance support for HR and HSE departments. KEY OBJECTIVES Operations support to ensure the seamless execution of activities, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance and safety documentation. Deliver administrative support by managing documentation, coordinating communication, organizing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations to support the team’s objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement efficient solutions to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of operations. Oversee resource management by tracking equipment, managing inventory, and optimizing allocation to ensure operation efficiency and support operational projects.
