Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, most importantly Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Performing administrative functions such as preparing invoices and operations correspondence.
  • Collaborating with administration from other business units to improve efficiency.
  • Support the coordination and setup of corporate accommodations, including furnishing, stocking, and maintaining unit supplies.
  • Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities within CGC divisions as assigned.
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders on key project updates.
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation, records, and databases.
  • Acting as a point of contact between different departments and teams, facilitating effective communication.
  • Supporting the preparation and organization of project materials and resources.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and assisting in implementing solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with other tasks assigned by management.
