The Operations Administrator of the Day (OAD) serves as the lead onsite administrative and clinical leader on the evening, night, and weekend shifts. They provide specialized clinical consulting and administrative support across all departments for the hospitals. They assure all of the hospitals' departments operate efficiently during the off-shifts by working closely with the administrative and management staff, physicians, nurses, patients and their families. The position requires a working knowledge of the overall operation of the hospital, efficient Patient Throughput, Crisis Intervention, Conflict Resolution and Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills. A high level of personal integrity and accountability are required. The OAD provides leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, finance, human resource management, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement/quality of work, and leadership & professional development.
