We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our operations team, based in our office in Omaha Nebraska. This is a fast-paced office where you will be interacting with different levels of staff as well as directly with our customers. You will be expected to perform functions in MS Office Suite, internal SharePoint sites and other company software, so heavy computer skills are required. In addition, you will be responding to customer inquiries about scheduling, repairs, installation and services. Location This position is based full time in our corporate Continental office in the Millard suburb of Omaha, NE at 4518 S133rd Street, Omaha. We do not offer relocation for this position and are looking for local candidates.
