The Operations Admin Specialist is responsible for coordinating the slotting of products into the appropriate positions in the warehouse, maintaining warehouse safety standards, and managing inventory and supplies. This role involves ensuring that items are slotted efficiently for pick-up, maintaining timely reporting of pick slips, and managing the inventory of shipping supplies. The specialist will also create and maintain locations in the RTCIS system, design barcode labels, assist with weights and measures, and train employees. Additionally, the role includes monitoring systems for new orders, communicating with distribution centers, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
