About The Position

The Operations Accountant processional will be responsible for supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports, financial analysis, and budgeting. Key responsibilities: Ensure the monthly close & reporting processes run smoothly using financial management applications. Produce executive reporting packages, consolidated financial statements, and program-level reporting. Assist with the development and maintenance of reports in financial reporting software. Perform data validation between reporting platforms. Work with users to identify inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions. Provide actual vs. budget and trend variance analysis. Respond to customer requests following the 1/24 rule. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
