As the business expands, the organisation is strengthening its compliance and AML framework in preparation for larger regulatory oversight and increased operational scale. Role Overview The Operations & Account Manager will combine three essential functions — onboarding, payment operations, and account support. This role ensures smooth client onboarding, merchant setup in the gateway, ongoing transaction monitoring, and client communication after go-live. Over time, the position will evolve into a more specialized structure, opening a path to Team Lead Operations or Senior Account Manager.
